“For decades, Ruth has been waiting for the return of her twin sister, who left on a space mission. In a stream of thoughts suspended between memory, childhood, and absence, she recalls their secret game: whoever spots a yellow car first, wins. But in the silence of such a deep absence, the echo of that game turns into poetry, memory, and waiting”.
Francesco Thérèse studied cinema in Rome dividing his time between art and film, writing and visual work, he became an assistant director, directed short films, and created installations. In 2019 he directed “Blue”, an experimental short film that became the first chapter in a trilogy exploring the relationship between human beings and the laws that govern the cosmos.
Over the years he has composed various works of different genres, in 2025, he directed Yellow Liminal, co-produced with 8 Production, using both AI and celluloid film to express the emotional multiplicity of the protagonist.
